APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

LASH LIFTS

* PLEASE SEE EMAIL REGARDING COVID POLICIES SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT *

PRE

- NO MAKEUP on your eyes within 24 hours before your lash service!  Arrive with lashes as clean as possible.
- We recommend considering a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This  ensures that you do not 

have any allergies/irritations to the products.

NOTE:
- If you have recently had eyelash extensions, we recommend waiting at least a month before receiving a lash lift
- If you normally wear contacts, please bring your glasses or 

remove contacts prior to appointment 
- If you are pregnant or nursing, please be aware that you are unable to take an antihistamine in case of an allergic reaction

POST

- Avoid strong makeup removers for 48 hours after the 

service

- Do not sleep on your face for the first night of your appointment/try to avoid your pillow touching your lashes
- Avoid oil-based products for 24 hours after
- Avoid hot showers/steam for 24 hours after
- Do not rub or play with lashes. 

NOTE:
- failure to follow the aftercare will result in lifts that fall and 

do not last
- lashes can be reprocessed after 6 weeks and no sooner

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours to the scheduled appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.  Any appointment no shows (15 minutes late or more without contacting lash tech) will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

Please park on the street ONLY & arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the appointment time.

MAKEUP

PRE

- Please arrive with a clean, freshly washed face.  PLEASE moisturize and exfoliate to achieve the best possible application results.

- Wear a tank top or shirt that shows your arms/upper chest and neck. Often arms are a lot darker than the neck/chest so I the more skin I can see, the better your foundation colour match will be!

- If you had a trial prior to your appointment and upgraded your lashes to the SILK or luxury reusable pair, please bring them back to be reused. If you had the basic lashes that are included in your pricing, a new pair will be provided.

POST

- If your appointment was a trial, please take note of how the makeup lasted throughout your day, if there was any fading or unusual creasing, or if there are any chances you'd like to make for the next time. 

- Store your SILK or luxury reusable lashes in the box I provide you with. Please be careful to place them on the appropriate side of the box (RIGHT or LEFT eye)

CANCELLATIONS

If a deposit was paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Alex Paul Artistry. If the makeup artist cancels at any time or is unable to perform her duties for any reason, 100% of the deposit will be refunded or pricing will be adjusted as needed. In the event of COVID-19 appointment's needing to be rescheduled, any deposits will be transferable to a new date after cancellation. The client agrees to not expect a new date to automatically be available.  In the event that Alex Paul is unavailable for the rescheduled date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
